Waste₂O is a food waste bio-digester for commercial kitchens that works by converting food waste into waste water. It can turn 180Kg of food waste to waste water in just 24 hours. Suitable end-of-life food is loaded into a chamber throughout the day and is mixed with naturally occurring microorganisms, which safely breakdown the end-of-life food completely. The waste water from this then goes straight to the drain, leaving no solids to deal with. This removes the hassle of storing solid waste for collection, reduces odours, and lowers the risk of infestation. And Waste2O has very low energy usage!
