Field blend block of 114, 115 clones on own roots. The block has two distinct soil types - red chromosols and grey podosols, which were picked separately to capture the essence of where it’s grown. Hand harvested. 50% whole-bunch fermentation, matured in 20% new French oak for 10 months.
